Why are certain accessories non-returnable?

At PetPivot, the health and safety of your furry family members is our absolute priority. Following strict pet health industry standards, we do not accept returns on specific accessories for the following reasons:

Hygiene & Pet Safety (Zero Cross-Infection Risk)
Items like the Litter Base Pad, Waste Container, and Cat Litter Remover are designed to handle pet waste. To completely eliminate the risk of spreading parasites, bacteria, or highly contagious viruses (like Panleukopenia), these items are strictly final sale.

100% Sterile Guarantee for Every Customer
Even if a customer states an item is unused, it is impossible to medically verify its sterility once it leaves our facility. We refuse to restock or resell these items because we will never compromise on a pet's safety. When you buy from us, you can trust that your product is brand new.

Consumable Goods
Items such as Waste Bags are single-use consumables. Once their original packaging is opened, they can easily be compromised by moisture or damage, rendering them ineligible for return.
