Do I need a subscription to use AutoScooper?

No. Refill subscriptions are optional. You do not need a subscription to use your AutoScooper.

Can I subscribe to just one item?

Yes. Choose litter, pads or bags independently; there is no required bundle. Match pads and bags to your device model.

What will I pay after my first delivery?

Current US plans: litter is $49.99 per monthly delivery; pads are $49.99 and bags $24.99 per delivery, every 1 or 2 months. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout.

Am I eligible for the first-delivery offer?

The offer applies to one unit on an eligible first Loop subscription delivery, once per product per customer. Previous one-time purchases remain eligible. Cancelling and resubscribing does not reset eligibility, which is verified at checkout.

How can I manage or cancel my subscription?

Use your subscription management link to review your plan and available options. Pads and bags require at least 2 orders before cancellation. Contact support@petpivot.com if you need help.

Will a two-month plan charge me every month?
