Please do not return products without permission.
Unauthorized returns cannot be tracked and will not be refunded.
- Returned in original packaging carton.
- All accessories & manuals included.
- Product must be thoroughly cleaned.
- Undamaged and fully functional.
The following cannot be returned:
- Special order items: Cat Litter.
- Products damaged by improper installation.
- Items missing serial numbers.
- Items with user-inflicted scratches.

We will review your request. If approved, we will send you a Return Shipping Label (for quality issues) or the correct return address.
Repack the item in its original carton with all parts. Apply the label or address and drop it off at the carrier.
Refunds are issued to original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection.

- Original carton preferred — if missing, use a sturdy box + padding.
