Return Policy

For products purchased directly from petpivot.com, you may return them within thirty (30) days of receiving your order for a full refund.

 

Please note customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unrelated to product quality. For returns due to quality reasons, PetPivot will bear the shipping costs for return/ exchange.

 

Note: For purchases made through other online or store retailers, please contact retailer directly for their specific return policy.

 

RETURN NOTICE

 

  1. Returns must include all accessories and must be undamaged and functional.
  2. Products should be returned in the original packaging carton as received.
  3. Products should be cleaned prior to return.

 

* Units returned in unclean conditions may be rejected for refund.


Please note that returns and refund may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements.

Nonreturnable & Nonrefundable Circumstances:

 

  • Products not purchased from petpivot.com.
  • Fault or damage of the product is caused by personal reasons, such as improper installation or operation.
  • Returned package does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
  • Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
  • For non-quality issue products, we will not provide any return or exchange service after this 30-day period has expired.
  • Special order items, such as cat litter is not returnable.

 

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, and we will offer you a solution based on your case.

 

 

 

Return Process

 

  1. Contact our support team at contact@petpivot.com to initiate the return process.

 

  1. Please send us the following information:
  • Order number
  • The reason for return
  • Images or Videos of Products and Intact Packaging

 

  1. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or return shipping address as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

  1. Please repack the item with the original package. Please make sure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, parts and manual that were included when you received it.

 

  1. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
