PetPivot owns or is the authorized user of the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, product names, and other proprietary identifiers used in connection with our products and services. All intellectual property rights, including design rights and compilation rights, in these materials are proprietary to PetPivot and/or its licensors.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license allows you to download information and print a hard copy for personal use, provided you do not alter or remove any copyright or other proprietary notices.
This license does not permit:
- Resale or commercial use of the Materials;
- Use of any metatags or hidden text utilizing PetPivot's trademarks without express written consent;
- Use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools without permission;
- Downloading or copying Materials for third-party benefit.
You may not copy, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, license, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Materials without PetPivot's express written consent.
Unauthorized use of the Materials may violate PetPivot’s intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by PetPivot and/or our suppliers and licensors.
