How often should I empty the waste bin?
For most single-cat households, emptying the bin every 5–7 days is ideal. If you have multiple cats, you may need to empty it more often. The AutoScooper’s indicator light will remind you when it’s time.
Can I use clumping litter with the AutoScooper?
Yes. We recommend high-quality clumping litter for best performance. Avoid crystal or pellet-style litter, as they may interfere with the scooping mechanism.
Is the AutoScooper safe for kittens?
It’s safe for cats over 3 months old and weighing more than 3 pounds. The built-in motion sensors ensure your cat is never inside while the unit is operating.
Litter Bag & Consumables
How long does one roll of waste bags last?
One roll lasts about 3–4 weeks for a single cat. If you have more cats, consider the 3-roll or 5-roll bundle for long-term convenience and savings.
Can I use regular trash bags instead?
AutoScooper bags are specially made for a perfect fit and better odor control. Standard bags may work but can reduce performance.
Do the bags help with odor control?
Yes. Each bag has multiple layers that trap odor and keep your home fresh.

How often should I deep-clean it?
A full clean every 2–3 weeks keeps the system running smoothly and odor-free.
How do I clean the AutoScooper?
Power down the unit, detach the waste bin and drum, and cleanse them with mild soap and warm water. Steer clear of soaking or abrasive agents.

How long does shipping take？
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Delivery is typically 2 to 5 business days within the continental U.S., and 5 to 10 business days for Alaska and Hawaii. Remote areas may take longer.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from multiple U.S. warehouses on the West Coast and the East Coast. Your order is routed to the nearest location with inventory for faster delivery.
Which carrier will deliver my order？
We partner with UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected automatically based on speed and your address.
Returns
What if my AutoScooper stops working?
No worries. Every unit includes a 12-month warranty. Contact us at support@petpivot.com and our team will help right away.
Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
Yes. You can return your AutoScooper within 30 days of delivery if it’s in original condition.
