The product itself is adequate. The shipping time was atrocious because of a stocking situation, i guess. The shipping was also not expedited to make up for the wait. Customer communication was acceptable.

Works great with my pet pivot automatic litter box. They are thick strong bag, I haven't had any break.

Got it three weeks ago, and our cat took to it right away even though the instructions say to give it a couple weeks with the old one next to it. Still haven’t had to empty the waste bin in it either, which is surprising since my cat uses it A LOT. Only thing negative is that you have to deal with the bad smell for a minute before it empties. We added a stick up for a diaper pail to the side and that’s seemed to work. Btw I’m not a bot, I’ll say potatoe

Bags are handy

I love it and so do my cats. One of them actually plays with it. I have 2 litter boxes and i have 6 cats. I have to change the bag every 4 days but i love it. It keeps the littler clean and it doesnt smell.
