Automatic cat litter box that customers praised for being "easy to clean," "quiet," and a "time saver." Many customers bought multiple units and loved the safety sensors. However, some reported issues with multiple cats, sizing for larger cats (over 12lbs), and bag fit. Some cats rejected it due to design concerns.
I received one for Christmas, we have two cats. We set it up alongside the traditional litter boxes for a couple of weeks to make sure it would be used. It worked so well we got rid of the traditional boxes and now have two auto scoopers. No more digging and scooping! We just let it to its thing and change the bag and litter when required. Litter boxes are no longer a hated chore!
Excellent product, easy to install, I have also a Neakasa and jour Pet Pivot 12, my cats use the Pet Pivot more often than the Neakasa

After a owning this littet box since about april of last year .. it just stopped working . .. i am disabled & this was a big help .... BUT PET PIVOT WONT DO ANYTHING UNLESS I BUY A BRAND NEW ITEM THAT COMES WITH THE PLUG NEEDED , TO SHOW IT STILL WONT WORK ....PROOF !!! .. I HAVE DONE THIS WITH 2 OTHER PLUGS I HAD .. PET PIVOT LITTER BOX & ITEM ... I CANT GET TO THE STORE AND AFFORD TO BIY ONE ... THIS IS WHERE PET PIVOT HAS LEFT ME ... NO HELP , EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE PICTURES OF THE REPCEIPT , MANY MANY PICS OF THE MINT CONDITION LITTER BOX AND I SENT 2 VIDEOS OF THE LITTER BOX NOT WORKING AND SHOWING ITS NOT MY ELECTRIC SOCKET !!! .... BUT STILL THEY WONT HELP ME .... I HAVE EVEN CONTACTED THEM ... AND I STILL CANT GET HELP !!!!!! ... EMAIL RESPONSES ONLY FROM PET PIVOT.

I love this product and my kitten loves it too, as it is cleaning he lokes to jimp onto it, and it stops, which is brilliant as im not always quick enough to stop him. We have it on manual with my kittens age, however it is still bery good at picking up his weight

Absolutely amazing. My cat decided he wont use the same litter box as my other cat if it has been used and this fixed everything. He sees a new clean “untouched” litter box every time and no longer pees on the bath mat. Literally the best investment im made in forever. It was also genuinely so easy to set up and all you do is assemble it, fill it with litter, and press the poer button. My cat also pees on the side of the litter box and there have been no issues with litter sticking to the side. If you cant tell I love this litter box and have been telling EVERYONE to get one because if how great it is.
It works great I would buy another one since this is my second one I ruined the fire phone by hosing it off with the water hose that was my fault I will clean it with a damp rag from here on
The unit is good, easy to clean, slow but steady. Stops if cat jumps in. Does not fit my larger cats, much over the 12lbs they don't fit. The most critical complaint is the bags for the tray. They don't fit well, the bag is to large. Holders made to hold the bag in place are not effective so the bag moves out of place when the tray is inserted back into frame. The bags are expensive, are not a proper, secure fit, so I will look for an alternative.
This one works so much better than my litter robot and is quieter too. The pet pivot has numerous sensors so the second my cat puts their paws on the edge it stops moving where my other one the cat had to actually jump in for it to start.
Great product. We purchased 3 and it has been a life saver and time saver.
My cats took to it relatively fast and it's very easy to clean. Its is quiet and works great.
I love it but the cats won't use it :(
