The extra beds are easy to install and remove. They allow me to clean one and let it dry while the new one is in there.

Let me start by saying I love the litter box what I dont like is this is the 2nd time I had to order them only to fine I was told the one to order and it was the wrong one for the 2nd time. Im out $100 dollars and still dont have what I ordered And you dont take returns to replace the wrong ones ordered poor customer service. This litter box was a gift from my daughter that bought one for herself and one for me as a gift and im the one that spoke to your customer service and was told to buy the ones i did.

I absolutely love this machine!! Heads up though, it only comes with one liner and no Litter remover, those are bought separately. The only thing I really dislike is it definitely isn't as big as I thought it was, both my cats kind of have a hard time maneuvering in there, needs to be a little wider and longer for a comfortable fit, but over all we are satisfied! Only time there's a smell is when the box throws the used Litter away.

It was very difficult and confusing with the email. I could not get a hold of anyone. I did not have a tracking number. They did arrive and I am very pleased with the product.

Shipping and customer service was the worst!! All a bit “sus”! Got to the point I thought I was being scammed! Very poor overall communication

My cats were very curious at first but warmed up to it immediately. I love that the room doesn't smell and that it is less work for me.

So I ended up having to get rid of my Autoscooper 12 because my 12 lb cat weighed to much. The litterbox basically didn't work anymore because the litter tray ended up sagging down and blocking the sensors so the litter box didn't work. This didn't happen with the tray I got with the litter box. Disappointed.

Love the litter box so I needed this replaceable litter pads with scratch resistant ,easy to replace and my cat love to dug so it holds up to all the scratching. Durable and not thin,just the right size. You get two for the price.🐈‍⬛😍

They are the correct mat for my litter robot.

Did not fit my litter box - even though my litter box looks just like the one in the pictures. The model number on mine is hard to read. Lost a star for inconvenience. Would have been an amazing item if it match my model

Wrongly ordered a 12 but i have the 11 and they won't exchange or give me a refund. Hopefully i can find the replacement cat litter pad somewhere else.

Great replacement mats. Same quality and endurance as original mats. Easy to clean. Very satisfied.
