Shopping so far has been great. No delays in ordering and was easily done
After spending a month trying to get my 12 year old girl to use this, I have finally packed it away. She flat out refuses to use it thankfully she used my shower floor as a substitute but I have given her back her old original smelly one which she is happily using again
Shopping was great, price was very affordable and putting it together was very easy. It did take some time to get here though.
Please send me a return label for one of the items I ordered
It’s stuck in the dumping litter position and we aren’t able to get it to work‼️
check the quality of your power supply - if it goes dead in just a few months there's a definitive quality issue.
It's a little messy, but man it works great and my cat loves it, wait, I love it! Yes, it's small, but cats only need and small area. I would highly recommend it!
Came very fast but ridiculous you can't buy replacement parts
works pretty well, i do strongly suggest cleaning the sensors weekly with little alcohol pads, because the ammonia and litter dust create a very strong film that coats the sensors down by the dump tray, making it hard to clean after its formed. and for some reason, you can't buy a replacement sensor. customer service isnt great, but i do like the autoscooper for the most part.
The shopping experience was good. It’s getting in contact with Customer Service that I’m having a problem with.
Bought 2 units separately, they both came quicker than expected.
Easy to communicate with and sort out issues if you have any. I'm a very happy customer thank you.
I am so thankful for your products and ready to order more litter. Thank you for a valued product line of materials. I wasn't cheated!!!
I’ve recommended Petpivot to all my cat owner friends for it’s good price, amazing products, etc. Everything was seamless.
The best cleaning, no smell easy to maintain box for the money!
2 main complaints that gives it 4 stars not 5.
1. My 2 cats - fill the container box very quickly. I have to empty it 2 to 3 times a week. Its shallow.
2. Both my 5 year old kitty who is 22 lbs and my 1 yr old kitty who is 12 lbs squeeze into it to use it. There's no room for them it needs to have a more rectangle shape -
3. they jump out like deer and litter flies everywhere!
It beat the smell issue - love Im not scooping daily.
