AutoScooper 12 Litter Base Bed – 2 Pack

Living in the UK I still have not been able to buy replacements for the pads that came with machine.
if you sell the pet pivot in UK you should sell consumables.
Love the petpivot, the customer service however is terrible
UK buyers beware. There is no aftercare and consumables are none existent for 6 months in 2026.
Temu sell alternative bags but still looking for alternative pads.

I bought an AutoScooper 12 lite litter box But when I got the replacement mats, I got the AutoScooper 12 mats. I couldn’t get in contact with Customer Service to see if the 12 mats would fit into the 12 light litter box. So I tried it myself and they do. I wanted to make sure that the AutoScooper 12 mats I got would fit into the AutoScooper 12 Lite litter box before I started using it. I’m finding out that Customer Service is very hard to get in touch with. Today is October 14,2026. I sent an email a week ago and still no response.

Still waiting for you guys to reach back to me so I can return the ones that I ordered wrong not happy with you guys, but I am happy with the product

Although they are waterproof they get sticky and smell very fast, not sure why stainless steel material wasn’t used to make this item.

I love the litter tray, but I am not able to order spare base beds in Australia for the AS12 which I wasn't aware of before ordering two of them. Not happy about that because it makes it harder to keep the thing clean. Other than that I'm happy with it.

I ordered autoscooper12 about a month ago. I actually ordered two since I have a multi cat house hold.
I have one cat that will not go near it. I have another that will not use anything else. I ordered additional liners to allow one to completely dry. I found it easy to use and clean. I am keeping them.

Great product!! Had problems with the shipping but that wasn't PetPivot's fault and they still made it right!!! Great customer Service!! Highly recommend this company and also recommend having multiple base beds!! Makes cleaning so much easier!!

I would just like to get mine I ordered it 4 months ago and you got my 149.00 dollars but haven't received anything not even an email as to why. Could you please send me my litter box are my money back. I live on social security so I don't have 149.00 to just throw away.

I picked up a couple of these so I could rotate while I clean the area. DONT skimp, use these.

Having an extra base bed makes it easy to keep the PetPivot clean.

The extra beds are easy to install and remove. They allow me to clean one and let it dry while the new one is in there.

Let me start by saying I love the litter box what I dont like is this is the 2nd time I had to order them only to fine I was told the one to order and it was the wrong one for the 2nd time. Im out $100 dollars and still dont have what I ordered And you dont take returns to replace the wrong ones ordered poor customer service. This litter box was a gift from my daughter that bought one for herself and one for me as a gift and im the one that spoke to your customer service and was told to buy the ones i did.

I absolutely love this machine!! Heads up though, it only comes with one liner and no Litter remover, those are bought separately. The only thing I really dislike is it definitely isn't as big as I thought it was, both my cats kind of have a hard time maneuvering in there, needs to be a little wider and longer for a comfortable fit, but over all we are satisfied! Only time there's a smell is when the box throws the used Litter away.

It was very difficult and confusing with the email. I could not get a hold of anyone. I did not have a tracking number. They did arrive and I am very pleased with the product.

Shipping and customer service was the worst!! All a bit “sus”! Got to the point I thought I was being scammed! Very poor overall communication
