It's advisable to regularly monitor the level of cat litter in the litter box and replenish it promptly when low. By observing your cat's toileting and eating patterns, you can estimate when additional litter might be needed. Typically, for cats using the box frequently, adding litter every two to three days is recommended to maintain a sufficient amount for their use. Of course, the specific time interval for adding cat litter needs to be determined based on the actual situation of your cat.

While there's no specific room required, choosing a firm, level surface ensures the Autoscooper 11 operates correctly, especially in a location that's easily accessible for your cat.
The length of the cat litter selected must be shorter than 12mm, and the diameter less than 3mm. We recommend using fast-clumping, non-strip, granular litters such as bentonite cat litter or mineral sand. These types of litter work best with Autoscooper 11 cat litter box's sifting mechanism.
There is a baseline in the ball bin. It is recommended that the baseline not be exceeded to reduce the loss of cat litter.
This primarily depends on your cat’s eating and bowel habits. Typically, with a single cat, you may need to empty the waste drawer every 5-11 days. Especially during hot weather, it's advisable to empty it more frequently to keep the litter box clean and your cat healthy.
  • Empty the cat waste from the waste container every 5-11 days;
  • Better to clean the waste container every 15 days;
  • Empty all the cat litter from the litter box once a month.
  • For the first three days of using the machine, fill the chamber with the cat litter previously used by your cat. After three days, mix the new cat litter with the old one in equal parts and use this blend for another three days before completely switching to the new litter. The purpose of this gradual change is to help your cat become more familiar with the new litter box.
  • For cats that are more timid, it's recommended to start with the manual button cleaning method for cat waste. Once the cat becomes accustomed to the machine, you can then switch to the automatic cleaning mode.
Maintenance Tips:
 
1. It's recommended to empty the cat waste from the waste container every 5 days for a single-cat household, with a maximum limit of 7 days. This helps prevent the breeding of flies and maggots. Note that actual duration may vary and should be tested for specific situations.
2. It's recommended to clean the waste container every 15 days. The waste container can easily retain odors if not washed regularly.
3. It's recommended to once a month empty all the cat litter from the litter box, and at the same time clean both the litter box and the waste container. This can help reduce the accumulation of odors in the litter box.
The Autoscooper 11 is suitable for kittens weighing 3 pounds or older than six months to safely use the Litter Box in Automatic Mode.
 
For cats weighing less than 3 pounds, pregnant cats, or nursing cats, we recommend disabling the Automatic cleaning function by pressing and holding the "Clean" button for ≥3 seconds until the device beeps. Then the litter box will switch to manual cleaning mode. (Press and hold the "Clean" button again for ≥3 seconds until the device beeps, the automatic cleaning function will be enabled.)

Cleaning the Autoscooper 11 exterior is easy. Just remove the globe and the drawer and use cleaner spray or cleaner wipes. You can also give them a sponge bath with mild soap and water, or take them outside for deep-cleaning with the garden hose. All other surfaces can be wiped clean, but should not be submerged.

CAUTION: The base and bonnet of the PetPivot contain electrical components that should not be submerged.

Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of the date you received it. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

We offer a free shipping for orders in the lower 48 states. The shipping time typically takes 3-7 business days, the actual delivery time depending on your location.

Normally, we will process all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt, but it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc.). 

Once order shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number within 24-48 hours.
