If you asked me 2 months ago when I got my pet pivot 12 lite, I would have given a 4 star review. It scoops and cleans, but the litter sticks to the pan and the odor is atrocious when it is dumping, but I don’t have to scoop every day so that is a plus.
Fast forward 2 months, the litter box stopped working. I have searched the internet trying to find a phone number to reach for warranty purposes —NOTHING. I have sent multiple emails with video of what the box is doing. There has been no response.i think it is ridiculous to pay over $100 for a litter box and when something goes wrong, they leave you hanging. I have sent emails to [****] with video. I have sent inquiries through your official TikTok product page, I have asked your people on TT and no one seems to know how to help me.

Assembly was easy and quick. All settings worked fine. MOLLY ( tuxedo 🐈 ) checked it out and used it within two minutes. Used manual mode for a couple days till she's comfortable with it. Both quite happy with it...
We love this litter box. Our cat was diagnosed with Diabetes and pees alot. He used to make huge messes in our old box. This is so convenient because it cleans up for us while we are at work.

So glad I went ahead and bought this Automatic Litter! I seen some reviews that stated it was small and I was hesitant because my cats are 20lbs and 15lbs. They use it with no issues and they both have large body frames. My cats are also picky cats and I thought the turning of the litter after using the litter would spook them but I was wrong. My cats instantly took to it and actually prefer it as they like to sit and watch their new machine work its magic. I now smell no nasty smells and their urine and number 2s stay in the bottom compartment for when it’s time to take out. I would say I change the bag out every three days but only because my boys are water drinkers and urinate a lot. This is so much better than scooping out the litter boxes 3 times a day. I do put in the bottom compartment a spoonful of baking soda just so that when I go to change the smell isn’t that bad and it helps. I do own have a petivity scale that fits perfectly and works great with this litter. However, right now I’m using a box as a step stool because since I have the scale underneath the step that came with the litter won’t reach the floor. Will be buying another step stool soon. I want to say that litter that you use does matter. We were so used to sWheat litter which my guys liked and it is not fast clumping so it was just mushy and stuck to the bottom of the litter and did not fall out when it sifted the litter. So I got Odorlock and it works amazing!! I have not tried the pet pivot litter yet because I wanted to try something I can easily buy from PetSmart which is right across the street from me and convenient. I will say that I do not regret buying this litter box and it’s definitely worth it!!!! I just pray it does not break down on us!

Game changer for busy parents/people. My cat loved it right away, and she usually is a little weird about new changes. Very easy to set up if you scan the QR code on the manual and watch the video. It’s working well right now, but we shall see in the coming months how it holds up 🤞

My third purchase of Pet Pivot. I Dont know what to say EXCEPT THIS COMPANY AND THE PRODUCT ARE EXCEPTIONAL. The money I save alone in litter is unbelievable until you experience it. Instead of a box a week. I use like a box a month. And most of all ALL FOUR CATS APPROVE. The open design is actually very comfortable to them.
