What We Will Do
If a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we will: ✔️Provide a free replacement unit ✔️Or send replacement parts (if applicable) ✔️Cover shipping cost for replacement
What Is NOT Covered
This warranty does NOT cover: ❌ Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper operation ❌ Failure due to not following user instructions ❌ Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, discoloration) ❌ Use of non-compatible litter types causing malfunction ❌ Unauthorized modifications or repairs ❌ Damage caused by external factors (water damage, power surges, etc.)
