I have 4 Pet Pivot 11s, and I LOVED them, until 2 weeks ago when two of them stopped working (but were completely empty and clean when they stopped working) this week, my other 2 stopped working. Sensors are clean, I've tried to troubleshoot, watch videos, completely taken them apart.. I'm very frustrated I have hundreds of dollars in non-working boxes. I ordered a 12 to get me by and it is SO small, my cats are kicking litter out everywhere

The box works great, easy to clean and the kittens adapted very quickly to it. It is still too small for the adult Maine Coon cats. I have 4 adult females, who use it occasionaly, only when the other automatic litterbox from another brand is in use. I also have 2 Maine Coon boy kittens, who fit perfectly in it. But I think in future the box will be too small for them. For al the other things, very satisfied, easy to set up, just plug and play. I bought a cheap step up stool for them to climb in, for older cats it might be a little to high to jump in.
Overall, 4 stars because the box itself works just as it should.

My cats love it and so do I. With 3 cats it gets a lot of use. Will see how it stands up over time but for now...it is the cats meow! Lol

This litter box is amazing! I love it so much. I have 2 cats and they use it without a problem. I change out the bag once a week for 2 cats. It sure beats having to scoop pee and poop out of a litter box!

My cats like this litter box. I have another robot litter box of another brand and thought my bigger cat might prefer this one. Only complaint is that the cats make a huge mess with getting the litter everywhere. My other litter box does not have that issue so I prefer it.

🤩 A friend recommended this automatic litterbox for my (now) 3 cat household. I got to use the same Frisco litter that they're used to. The youngest of the bunch loves it in less than a month. (Taking longer for my senior kitties to give it a witnessed try) My mom has already ordered one after seeing the autoscooper 11 in action!

I really love this product — I just wish I had discovered it sooner! The PetPivot AutoScoop has made my life so much easier since I no longer have to clean my cats’ litter box three times a day. It automatically takes care of the mess, and the difference in my home’s smell is amazing. The strong odor is practically gone, and now when we come home, we don’t get hit with the smell of pee or poop anymore. Totally worth it!

I purchased this after I ended up with a 2nd cat. It worked great for the 2, then ended up with several kittens they used this box right away and prefer it over the regular litter box. But with more then 2 cats and you definitely need more then one machine. Also, the machine doesn't understand when a new cat enters into the box to potty after it has started the clean cycle, so when the 2nd cat exits it just completes the already paused 1st cycle, not giving enough time for the litter to absorb the fresh poop or pee. This causes a smeared mess, especially if your cats poo is soft. Another thing people claim os you can go a week or 2 without removing g the waste. I would not suggest that. Not only will you start to smell it but flies and gnats will make their way into the waste bin. I like this box even with the few issues the came up and will be getting a second one, possibly a third. It's pretty much put together right out the box other then putting the legs on.

I LOVE not having to scoop out a liter box everyday! And not having to smell it either! Also don’t have to worry about my sassy dogs getting into the liter box. However, it would be nice to have some type of indicator light/display to know when the dirty liter box is getting full. I was gone at work all day & at some point the liter box went to clean itself and stopped due to it being full and my cats used the floor near the liter box instead. So some type of indication that it is almost full or whatever level of fullness it is at would be very helpful. Otherwise this is such a great product! Good price, works great, and I’m not scared for my fur babies when they use it!

I got the PetPivot about a month ago now, and honestly, I couldn't be happier with it. I used to just have a standard litterbox and it would stink up my apartment. I don't smell anything, which is great. My cat is pretty small, so I don't need to change the bags all that often, probably once every 10 days, and even then, they aren't even full.
My cat is pretty timid and gets spooked easy, so I kept it on the manual mode for the first 2 weeks and when I turned it on to automatic, it didn't spook her at all. She likes watching it do its thing.

Why did I wait so long?!
I have two cats, they are seniors so I wasnt sure if they would adapt. They DID. To be fair, I have had this unit for almost 2 weeks and it was a slow intro with keeping the old litter box dirty etc. I also have so far kept the unit in manual mode for now so as not to scare these girls but even if I have to keep it that way, pressing a button a couple of times a day beats scooping litter. I will never be without one again.

Can’t say enough about this unit. It took about a week to go fully automatic with the cats but they took to it and it has been an amazing experience since. We foster cats and just bought another unit for our cat room. It has made my life so much easier with clean up and the cat smell is pretty much gone. I put a little baking soda in the bottom of the collector box and it lasts my indoor cats about a week although I do empty it twice a week just to be sure. Again amazing unit and it has made my life so much easier and our kitties much happier as it is always clean for them!

My cat won't use it because it's too wide open and he likes a cover

It is wonderful. It only took the cats a few days to figure it out.

It is not turning all the way to dispose waste. So I have been emptying it myself.

Alberta, Canada - it’s perfect! Apparently the 11 is bigger than the new 12. I have average / large cats. By day 2 they’re using it. I can’t believe the litter box looks and smells cleans!! I am for sure buying another one! Way to go guys at this company!! At a fraction of the cost compared to others I truly am amazing how clean it is after they mess!!!

I’m thoroughly happy with my litter box. I wish I could afford a second box as I have 6 cats. I am very unhappy with your shipping and customer service department. On Sept 16 I order 2 of the liners. I paid at that time. I have not received my order nor have I been provided with an expected delivery date nor tracking number. Very disappointed.

My cats won’t use it, I don’t like that it is open , they won’t use it as they are exposed.

Far superior litter box than the previous cylinder style we used.Very happy with the results and the cats seem happy as well.

My cats use it.... A LOT. Easy to clean and maintain. Recommend for people with multiple cats and for those who hate cleaning litterboxes.

The box is working great! My cats are scared of EVERY THING, but they took to the box with ease! My only suggestion would be to make the box bigger for larger cats.

Super easy set ip. Cats took to it right awau. Only problem is there is lots of litter pushed amd tracked out from my big boy. Super happy, cut down on smell and scooping time. Great product for price poi t
