My cat uses this enthusiastically. It also helped kerb some of his odd habits such as dragging stuff into his litter box. So far so good.

After three weeks of use, I had to remove and put my old box back in place. When the cats pee in the box, the pee saturated litter falls out of the box and in front of the back sensors causing the box to stop in the position where neither of the cats can't get in there and I have to clean up the mess to reset the box. I'm wondering if there is a satisfaction guarantee? If so, can I please get a refund?

Works as advertised-a bit messy. This is my first litter box. Works as advertised although it’s not enclosed so the cats kick litter out. That said, I’d rather not scoop so I think I’m still winning

This is so convenient & easy to set up. We have 2 cats, our 4kg (2yo) cat loves it, our big boy (8kg) isn't sure of it. We set it up about 10 days ago & is finally ready to be emptied & the best part is there hasn't been any odour.

Terrible customer service. Terrible, inconsistent product. My first one, the legs fell off every time I moved it, but covered the odor well. The 2nd one STINKS so bad, even after just one use. Everything is installed properly, but it doesnt seal out odor AT ALL. Their fix: use the old box, with the legs from the new one🙄. I already threw it away because YOU GUYS TOLD ME TO!!

Second time trying an auto cleaner and this one is exactly what I was expecting! Stays clean, reduces smell by a lot even when bin is full you barely smell it. Easy setup cats used it right away. You will need to keep it in a cabinet (ordered one) or have a way to control litter flying out though. Might be just my cats but they fling litter when jumping out. I have a litter mat on the way so the rug is temp. I have 2 cats. Works great. Game changer.

This is my second PetPivot AutoScooper 12 Lite, and I loooooove it! No more smell or scooping.🙌 We have two adult cats & 3 6 month old kittens. I was emptying it every three days. No big deal. Easy peasy! Bought a second one for 4 kittens that we're fostering. The coolest thing is that you can lock it, so it doesn't auto turn. I honestly think it's safe for kittens with all the sensors, but I like this feature while they're tiny because they don't get scared or startled. I will be getting a third one as soon as possible! It's an absolute life saver! Hace I mentioned how much money I save on litter? I'm buying a third of what I used to go through in a month. It payed for itself in litter cost alone in less than 4 weeks. Don't think, just buy it! You won't regret it!

On the whole is a great machine, it reduces wasted litter and there's very little to no oder. However I've found that trying to get the tray back in after cleaning it extremely fiddly. I also ordered extra trays only to be told that they were out of stock until December; but no one updated me about this, and I'd have been £60 less if I hadn't have chased it.

Too small for my 12 lb cat. When she hops in, she pees out the side of it all over the floor. Had the same issue with with the $600 litter robot 2 but I assumed the cause there was because she doesnt like covered litter boxes and would try and move quickly through it.
