I ordered two by accident and would like to return the one that I haven’t opened yet. The one I did open consistently dumps the entire basket of cat litter out and overflows the small retrieval bin. No matter what I do even with the blue plastic guard on it to prevent the litter from going out. This is obviously a faulty machine.

the box is too small. my cats are 7 and 8 lbs and they struggle fitting into it. when they leave the box, half the litter comes with them. i didn't have that problem when i used crystals. I thought i was ordering the 11 and not the 12. i heard that box is bigger. i see the xl box but that is just too big. myspace where i can put it won't fit that bigger one. i tried to order the 11, it said one price but charged me a much higher price at check out. it was supposed to be something like 149 with the discount and it came to 186 or more. I left without buying. i tried to add the code but it said it didn't take the code at this time. If I want to pay almost $200 i will go to petco.

I love how it works, but its to small for my cat. I was told it was the biggest one you had. Now im seeing a much bigger one, but I think it with a different company. Seems they took all the complaints about yours being to small, and made a much larger one that operates like yours. Plus youve made it almost impossible to return with your stupid restrictions. And we don't find out about the restrictions until after we bought it. People talk and word spreads fast. You cared more about keeping people's money then you do for repeat customers. So my poor cat is not happy.

This product works as designed but its Not for cats that like to dig to bury their deposits. We have 2 cats that both dig a hole and then cover it up but 1 is tender and gentle about it and the other tosses it right out the opening. I bet I have to cleanup anywhere from ½ to ¾ # of litter. Nowhere in your advertisement did you mention anything about cats that like to dig. Just somebody dumping a little water and a little rubber poo

Functions as designed and cats use it, but it is too small. When they covet their mess they scratch litter out of the box and all over the floor. Had to put the front end in a box to prevent the spread of litter in front of the box.

It’s horrible! It’s too small for my small cat and uses too much litter because it’s so small! Would definitely NOT recommend it to anyone!

It has never worked correctly since we got it. We have been in contact with Tact Support. With no solution. Please help resolve this issue. As of now we would not recommend this to anyone. thanks

It works great. Very happy with it. My Main Coon make it look small though . They are using it just fine, although the try and cover up their poo and scoop out a couple of hand fulls while they are doing it. Other then that it's fine. I even ordered another one.
